At Kaleidos Makeup, we want you to be absolutely thrilled with your new look. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the list of items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure that the products are unused, in their original packaging, and securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
